Suggestion: Horizontal/Vertical/Limiting optional toolbar

This is just a suggestion but wanted to throw it into the issue tracker. I've noticed that when browsing a score I find horizontal scrolling fairly decent, but when I am entering notes I like to use vertical scrolling and limit scroll area to page borders. I'm sure many people probably don't care about this since it's already accessible in the preferences dialog, but, if there were a toolbar that could be activated (off by default) with some icons to switch scrolling to be vertical/horizontal and then maybe also allow switching on and off the limited borders, I would much rather use those than have to get into the preferences dialog and select the canvas tab for something that I might want to switch around depending on the score that I'm using or whether I'm inserting/experimenting versus scrolling through a finalized piece.

Maybe some others might find this idea worth implementing
