Gunshot Glitch

When writing with percussion instruments, sometimes musescore freaks and plays every note at once after playback has stopped. This also happens if playback is on and you skip to another part of the music. Once the "Gunshot" as I like to call it goes off, the percussion music then starts to stutter and sound awful and the only way I found to fix this is restarting musescore as a whole, and that's very inconvenient. Any ideas on when this could be fixed?
