Whatever a reaoet might be, if this is about the above mentioned issue, switch to page view and toggle the play repeats button.

One more thing I noticed is that you need to right click the measure before the repeat sign and select Measure properties and change the Play count to 4 so it will play the first volta 3 times then the second volta for a total of 4 times.

You need to get repeats working for the play count to matter. It doesn't work in continuous view at all. If you switch to continuous view then back to page view, you need to toggle play repeats to reset it so it works in page view.

I have it on "page view", not "continuous view", but still doesn't work.
it plays up to the repeat bar once, then it plays up to the jump mark and it goes into bar #12.
I have the measure properties at 4 play counts.

That score needs
a) the play count of measure 11 set to 4 (it is 3)
b) the repeat list of the 1,2,3. Volts set to 1,2,3 (it is 1)
c) the repeat list of the volta 4. set to 4 (it is 2)
