Sign in with Apple issues - cannot get access

There is several issues with sign in with Apple for me:

  1. I cannot get access to my account on desktop application (see attachement 1)

- trying to save online
- error for too many redirection

  1. I cannot reset my password online because I did not get any emails
  2. I cannot change my username to login with login and password to make dekstop app works

So I endup with pro account that I cannot change anything and cannot login with desktop app to save work online.

I did send issue with "Contact us" section but I think I will not receive any emails, there must be some issues with sending emails for those who sign up with Apple.
