I have no idea, whether I can reproduce this.
The problem is in measure 31.
I can create the upper tie to measure 32 but not the lower tie.
I have deleted and recreated the chord but it still does not work.
Thanke for any help.

one is a C# (due to a C# earlier in that measure), the other is a C, you can't tie different pitches. Make the 2nd a C# first, then tie
And please use the forum for such stuff first, as long as it isn't a confirmed bug

Thank you for the answer. I stumbled after after several attempts myself. This is a weird sequence. I changed the second c to c# and the tie worked. However the accidental disappears, which begs the question whether a tie can extend an accidental beyond measure boundaries.

Why should I report a confirmed bug?
You should only report bugs in the issue tracker once it got confirmed to be a bug in a forum post and not a user error. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/bug-reports-and-feature-requests
Ties only connect notes of same pitch, your's were different. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/ties
