But the site doesn’t give any information on what GPU is required at the minimum. My pc is more than capable at handling musescore according to the site. however my GPU needs to be upgraded and obviously there is a GPU requirement because ever since I upgraded my GPU to the RX5500XT musescore still doesn’t work but it will at least load the scores now.
It still gets me, musescore 4 has been out all this time and they still haven’t figured out how to help us. They make FAQs and forums but there is no actual support that I can find. I literally had to go to Cubans and record samples (this took forever) but once my muse4 is figured out I would gladly go back to it.

I'm not aware of any GPU requirements, except that it has to exist... And support a enough screen size.

There is no "they". It's all "us". MuseScore is open source, which means that all (most???) of the coding and all (most???) of the documentation is written by people like Marc and Jo-Jo and HildeK and me ... and you. If you think something needs to be documented, write it up and publish it. There's another top-level forum for this.

To clarify: I've never written any code or documentation for MuseScore - I'm just a regular user of the program ... :-)

You say it doesn't work. Help us help you. What doesn't work? Way under powered computers will still load a score. They just may not play it well. Onboard GPU is plenty. What audio device are you using?

An SSD and 8 or more GB of RAM are more important than the GPU. My 10 year old video card is more than sufficient for me.
