Playback only playing piano not voices

Have you checked the mixer, if the piano is soloed?

Attach the actual score there are some things you could do in the score that would cause this.

Plays fine for me. Perhaps shut everything down and restart your computer. Then try again.

I'm guessing you have the synthesizer set up to play single note dynamics using CC11. For this to work you need you need to select non-expressive sounds for the voices (there is no expressive version of a piano). The alternative is to change the single note dynamics in the synthesizer for the CC to use to CC2 and Dynamics method to Default (...).
