Regression vs. what?

Workaround is of course to make those barlines longer, and on top for Organ to add the 3rd (pedal) staff

I can't reproduce the misplaced Organ name, I can reproduce the barline part, at least since 3.1, but not with 2.3.2, so I guess it'd be a MuseScore 3 regression
