Procedure for adding new soundfonts

• Oct 20, 2020 - 15:21

When I add new soundfonts to the synthesizer you place each one on top. As a result, I have to manually move it down (one by one) so as not to change the sounds I have selected in the old scores if they are not from the general midi. However, if I have a lot of soundfonts, this process is too slow and the synthesizer constantly crashes during the transfer process.

I think it would be better to add new soundfonts at the end of the list so that this process does not continue and the sounds get tangled?
Or at least there is an option for a sound to go with one movement to the lower extremity, as there is for the upper extremity.
It would also be better (I do not know if this is possible), when a sound is installed in the synthesizer, not to change in the mixer depending on its position in the synthesizer.

In the attached image (καταγραφή2.PNG) you can see how the soundfont of the bouzouki in the mixer changed from madolin to grand piano when I added a new soundfont to the synthesizer

But if you're encountering some sort of crash, please start a new thread in the Support for and attach a sample score and precise steps to reproduce the problem, including letting us know the exact list of soundfonts you have and which one you are tyring to move when the crash occurs.
