At more pc the download from the soundfont doesn't work and stop at ±30%

You mean the MuseScore General HQ soundfont from Help > Resource manager > Extensions?

We've seen similar reports for the other extension, MDL, see #299263: MuseScore with MDL installed hangs and #311965: Problems with downloads.

I wonder whether there's a similar workaround as there is for MDL
