Converting from MIDI to Original Musescore file

I have converted all of my files to MIDI, but I now want to access the original files in Musescore with all the original annotations and text. How do I do this? Cheers

Not from MIDI at least. From the original files perhaps?
You can of course open the MIDI file and if you're lucky it'll provide a decent starting point again, but it contains nowhere near enough score information to reproduce an actual score.

It's a bit like taking a single picture from a mountain and a city in the valley next to it. Then asking someone, starting from that picture to once again tell you how many people were in a certain house in that village whilst also telling you how far they are from the top of the mountain, within millimeter accuracy.
They won't be able to do so, because when exporting the reality to a picture of it, you lost information.
