Not Able to Play Back Score

I just logged on for the first time in about a month and loaded up my score. I'm not able to play it back at all, and the notes aren't playing when I select them. I referred to some other people having the same problem, but none of their recommended fixes worked (stuff like factory resetting the program and uninstalling it and reinstalling it). My program is completely up to date and I have no idea why this is happening now.
