Need help with pages

So my piece has more than 30 staves and I wanted to know how to interpret that via page size, since I'm exporting the song as a pdf (all parts as well and full score)
Is there a way to...
A: Split the total staves between two pages?
B: Only show the staves playing?
I already know how to increase page size and that works... well decently I guess.

A: No
B: use Hide empty staves in Format->Style. You may need to also uncheck the option that will become active below that that starts "Don't hide empty staves..." so page 1 isn't too long.

On more thing you can do along with "Don't hide...". If you don't want to see a certain instrument on page 1 then right click the staff, choose staff/part properties and set the Hide when empty option to Always. This may be a better option to hide only some instruments (like Flute 2, Oboe 2 and some of the auxiliary percussion if they don't have notes on them) this way if there are no Flute notes on page 1, you still have a Flute staff visible.

Finally, rather than increase the page size, decrease the scaling so more staves will fit on the existing page.

You say you know about increasing the page size. Do you also know about decreasing the score size with [Format]>[Page settings]>[Stave space]? Reducing the stave space makes everything smaller so that more fits on a page. However, with A4 page size I think trying to fit more than about 25 staves will probably make things too small to read.
