Parts does not transpose correct, when transposing in score
If you create parts and later choose to transpose an instrument, the part will show some strange transpositions to wrong octaves.
In the attached file, right-click "piano" and choose properties. Change transposition to "fifth down". Take a look at the piano-part.
Work-around is to delete part and create it again, but a bug nevertheless.

Indeed, if you change the transposition in the part but not the score or vice versa, bad things are known to happen. Ultimate I'd like to see this better automated so this change is always linked, but there are complications making this not quite as straightforward as it might seem.
