What do you mean, specifically? Can you post an example? Neither involves transposition. Piano is written on two staves and can have lots of notes at once, whereas a baritone voice can sing only one, and baritone horn can play only one. So no transposition is needed, but you'd have to decide which of the notes in the piano part to delete so as to leave only one for the baritone.

If the baritone can't play them the select them and press ctrl+down arrow to move them down an octave.
