application double payement need refund

I cannot find any phone number to contact you following a purchase with apple store for 1 year subscription and be debit twice on two visa card.
My son applied for 1 year subscription with his Iphone on October 16 th but had an issue when he did it, he tried with his Visa card then with the visa card of my wife as first time it was not working,
At the end it had been debit of 39.90€ on his own Visa card, BUT yesterday we have got the surprise to be debit of 43.64 € from you on the visa card account of my wife ! which is strange have that's not same amount
So we kindly ask you to refund of this amount as soon as you can as we don't want to paid twice the 1year subscription
