Enhancement request - Recognize "N.C." or "NC" chord symbols

When using the plug-in chord notations of "NC" or "N.C.", the expander continues reproduce chords for each following rest symbol. Ideally, it would cease generating notes following an NC until a new., valid chord notation is reached.
