Not a new issue—it was there in 2.3.2. Open the attached score and inspect the ties in both staff and tablature (Increasing the magnification might also help).

The tie numbered "2" is off-centre, stopping short of the end note's midpoint. This happens when there is a tie connecting two notes, the start note is single, and the end note has an additional untied chord note.

The attached file shows a similar issue, but this time in tablature. The ties at B and C look OK, but the tie at A falls slightly short.
