Downloading after paid subscription issue

Hi i have subscribed for 12 months but cant seem to download any lead sheet without it altering when i export as a pdf. Every time the chords change to the original chord key plus boxes making the lead sheet unusable. How can I download music without this issue. It is not enough for me to just have it on the app.
