After setting the 'Stroke Type All stroke attached to stem', saving and closing the file and opening it will change the style to 'default'.

Hmm, maybe not, as that got fixed for 3.5.1 and you're on 3.5.2
The stroke style information isn't lost, it just looks like the default when you open it, move a note and you'll see the tremolos pop back. Still a bug nonetheless.
