Arrows not working in Big Sur?

Hello, while trying to create a drumset score after updating to Mac OS Big Sur, the arrow keys are not longer cycling through the various instrument lines notated. Up and down arrows would allow me to create a simple rhythm on one instrument (like snare) and then create linear drum patterns by changing the snare to a hi hat or kick with the up and down arrows.

Is this a bug with either the OS or with the program, or am I missing a setting within Musescore to permit this?
