r2150: shortened durations in midi export

I started editing a piece with 5 staffs (string orchestra) and exported the starting seven measures as a test to a midi file. Importing it to various programs (e.g. Cubase) shows all note durations are shortened (besides those tied by slurs), mostly by an eighth, but not in every case.
