Making notes small to show other instruments lines in parts
Hi,
I would like to know if there's way of making a group of notes smaller than the rest other than the inspector+small way. Like if I'm making a part for a score, and I want to mark an entry of another instrument like in the picture below.
Thanks in advance.

It is best to put the cue notes in voice 2. This provides the necessary rests for the main instrument part. After entering the cue select the notes and in the chord section of the inspector (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/inspector#chord) set the size to "small". If there are rests in the cue, do the same for those.

Here is an example Cue Example.mscz
You say "other than the inspecotr+small" way, but it isn't clear why you need an alternative. If it's that you were thinking that needs to be done one note at a time, this isn't so. Select the whole passage, then the Notes button in the Inspector, now only the notes are selected and you can make them small (using the "Chord" section) all at once.
