Distorted sound + echo (MuseScore 3.5 - Windows 10)

Sometimes when I'm trying to play the notes on my sheets, the audio returns me a distorted and echoed sound. Can someone please give me a solution to this problem? Although now i'm using the app and the problem is gone after I waited for some time, but I want the definitive solution to this so that I won't be encountering it anymore.
