Tuplets

What in the world should do to be able to write out this measure in 3/4 on my own sheet? (This is a screenshot taken from Youtube on the Genshin Impact themesong).

As far offset as the 3 is in the picture, it looks like there is more going on that we can't see. The 3 is practically under the first A (assuming treble clef) in the picture. If the tuplet applied only to the 3 short notes I would expect the 3 under the 16th note.

It became a quinttuplet instead, but I don't really mind. I made the tuplet value to 5/4 and that´s it. Sounds the same at least.

It shouldn't sound the same. Using a quintuplet the first and last notes would have the same duration. Using an eighth + sixteenth triplet followed by a normal eighth would mean the first note is 2/3 the length of the third note. What is more, using a quintuplet the final note would start after the 1/2 beat rather than exactly on the 1/2 beat.
