Soundfont changes after publishing

So I've found a soundfont that I like, and I set that soundfont to the score as it's standard. However, it defaulted to the sound at the top of the list, which is a piccolo. This wasn't a problem, as I managed to change the program value in the xml to the correct number such that in the musescore app it plays back the correct audio. However, after publishing the score to the website, the sound once again changed back to the piccolo (or any woodwind as I can't quite tell, but seems like a piccolo to me). Is there any way to change the playback in the site itself or am I forced to publish with the standard soundfont?
