Transposed instruments
Hi, Gang!!!
I use MuseScore 3.6.0 Portable AppImage, inside computers with Ubuntu Studio 20.04.1 LTS (64 bit Linux flavor).
I just have a technical doubt...
Up to my limited knowdledge, F (Fa) Tube uses transposition because it is a transposed instrument. But, if I select it and write something, the final staff, using or not the "Real Sounds" button, shows me a real sound key staff.
I have to manual change the pitch into de "Staff properties" to get the visual transposed effect, fact that doesn't happen with other transposed instruments.
Is it "normal", I mean "By default"? Or... Is it an small "bug"? ???
Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!
Juan

For Tuba it depends on which part of the world you're in whether it's notated transposed or not.
Try using the "Wagner Tuba" instead, which is a Bb one instead of a C one.

I see. Thank you so much @jeetee!!!
Realistically, for most of the world, tubas are not treated as transposing - tuba players actually learn different fingerings for the different sizes / keys. Same for recorder, FWIW. But there are a few areas of Eastern Europe specifically as I recall where tubas are treated as transposing, also in the British brass band tradition.
