I imagine this is so that the arrow clears the other vertical of the sharp clearly; but we can look again at this to find a solution that is less inconsistent.

Thanks very much! (it could be for the best, the arrow could collide with the rest of the sharp, as it has been pointed out)

Just made this fix.
Will be in the proper V1 of Leland (released along with MuseScore 4)
