Songs with repeat signs don't work in 3.6

So I'm trying to go back to the songs I made just last version, because I wanted to make them look better with the new ordering system. but then for some reason one of the songs I make is blocked from use, but all the others are, I had figured out that it was just because it had a repeat sign, so I just thought it might be that repeat signs from 3.5 don't work, and I needed to remake the whole song, no matter how tedious that is. So I do that, and then I close it, to find that the new version made in 3.6 doesn't work as well, I tried fixing this by turning off repeats, but it just didn't work, what do I do?
(Not getting a good impression of 3.6 right now, because it was crashing when I first tried to get the update, and it took a while to finally fix that)
