Idea: add option to blank corrupt measure parts
Basically, when you open a corrupt score, it shows which measure/parts are corrupt. My idea is to have an option to make them blank and then you can go in and add in a normal measure there.

You could try using an existing plugin called "Repair Assistant", described here:

But I like your idea of a built-in option, because corruption repair is quite labour-intensive. As you say, MuseScore already provides a full list of stave no. / measure no. when it detects corruptions on opening a score. So it would require only an extra checkbox captioned Blank all corrupt measures? And ideally a popup dialogue allowing the user to save the list of blanked measures as a repair worklist.

IMHO a fully blown integrated repair assistent would be much better, with "empty corrupt measures" just being the last resort
