Assuming it's the toolbars, the palette, and the score itself (should be same size as printed, when viewed at 100%), then the issue is your system is not reporting your display resolution properly. Solution is to add "-D xxx" (where "xxx" is the true resolution in DPI, probably something like 200) to the command line sued to start MuseScore. The details on how to add things to the command line differ according to what OS you are using, but web searches should help if you aren't familiar with the process.
