Chord symbols render incorrectly with custom style xml
Using a custom style xml and opening a document shows garbage chord symbols.
Current workaround:
* Style->Chord symbols->Appearance
* Select standard or jazz
* Select custom and find the xml again
* OK

If you attach your actual score (not just a picture) we can test the proposed fix to be sure it solves the problem there too. So far I don't totally understand the different combinations of factors that can lead to this, so I'd like as many different test cases as I can get to be sure I'm not missing anything.
