Expected result: the first line should be horizontal continuous, the 2nd line should be connected from 6 to the next note.
According to the handbook, this used to work at some point; no idea when it broke.

Isn't this a duplicate of #307057: Continuation lines disappear in figured bass? Or #297461: Figured Bass Continuation lines are not drawn at full length when attached to voice 2?
Don't think so; they don't disappear, but are either displaced vertically (case 1) or shortened horizontally (case 2). And those are all voice 1 only things here.
FWIW, also see #312291: [Automatic Placement] Unnecessary colission avoidance in figured bass. Continuation lines definitely could use some work.
