You mean that strange look if the start/end repeat in measure 35-36? Or the key signature change in measure 27?

By filling the measures, the problem with the bar disappeared but there's still a problem with the armor

Unless the key signature actually changes twice, it's incorrect place it within the repeat signs. In your case, it only changes one - after completing the first repeated section, before starting the next. Placing it within either repeated section creates the incorrect impression that the key is changing twice.

To be clear: because the key doesn't change twice, it should not appear before the end repeat nor should it appear after the start repeat. That's what I mean when I saw it should not appear withint the repeat. Where you see it now - after the end repeat but before the start repeat - is exactly where it should be.
