Expanding a grand staff to 4 systems
I am trying to expand a grand staff from two systems to four in the middle of the piece, and after a few bars back down to two systems. As soon as I try to add these additional systems the program adds them but from the beginning of the piece instead of just where I want them. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly or missing a step?

Format > Style > Score > Hide empty staves (after you've entered the notes)

Does that mean I should create the file with 4 staves and then hide the empty ones?
