3.6.2 File Management: Loading old score causes it to be flagged as "modified"
Since the 3.6 upgrade, whenever I load a score created with a previous version, it gets flagged as "modified". This makes it very difficult to distinguish between a real change I've made to the CONTENT of the score from just a FORMAT update required to conform with the standards for the latest version. If I accidentally save a score with no content change, Windows will change the "last modified" date for the file.
iWhy do I care? Well, I have hundreds of MuseScore scores, and to make sure that anyone I'm sharing a score with is working with the same version, my standard footer includes the "last modified" date as well as the title. (I also find it very helpful to be able to sort all scores by "last modified" date. But if that date doesn't represent the actual last date the content was modified, it's worthless.
Yes, I know it's possible to save each existing file in the new format and then manually (e.g.via Windows Power Shell) change the "last modified" date to the previous status. But that's a huge clerical effort and very prone to manual error.
Any suggestions for how to automatically update old scores to the new format WITHOUT changing the "last modified" date?
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
