Corrupted files

Hello, these two arrangement files have been corrupted recently. So far all of my other files are fine, but these are some of my more important arrangements. I have pdf copies, but I would like to get these back up and running. I have tried redownloading MuseScore, but that didn't help. Does anybody know what to do? Thanks in advance!
