Score revision history

I know that I can undo or redo certain actions while composing; but is there a list of those changes somewhere in the score or the program? In many programs (Photoshop comes immediately to mind; but I think there's a similar function in Word), you have a history palette that can take you back to the time you opened the file, or you can long-press on the undo button and see everything that has transpired since you started a session. I ask because of late I've had two files at least that have opened with the changed file asterisk on them. OPENED! I haven't even brought up the tab, and something has changed; and I have no idea what. So how can I tell what has changed? Or should this be in the feature request forum? Or is there something else going on here?

There is no user-visible list, but I can guess what the asterisk you mean is - this would appear on any older scores you import into 3.6 because the change is recording your answers to the questions you are asked in the import dialogs. Saving the file at that point will prevent MuseScore from needing to ask you again, but you certainly don't lose anything if you don't save (assuming you don't make further changes). You can actually Undo immediately after loading the score to make the asterisk go away.
