I was about to report the same problem. I experience it with 4.0.0 and latest nightly (230030304) from AppImage, but not with 3.2.3 (Ubuntu package).

The higher you move up the rest symbol, the lower the hyphen goes, and vice versa, as hopefully obvious from the screenshot.
