"File not found"

I've been working hard... And yeah it got like deleted or at least when i open it , it doesnt open
Already checked %localappdata% and nothing there

This file seems to have been damaged. You will need to try to recover the info from a backup - see for example https://musescore.org/en/node/52116. Or if you are on Windows and didn't disable OneDrive, you can recover a previous version from that service. Similar if you are using Google Drive or Dropbox other cloud services.
