Is there a way to prevent the Startup Wizard from running?
As we're a school with 1200+ students, local profiles are removed after each logon to prevent the hard disk drives from filling up which would stop the computers from working, as such we try to disable as many things that are supposed to run just the once as possible as because the local profile is created each time a student logs on it will run each time thinking it's the first time it has been run.
With this in mind, is there is a way of disabling the MuseScore Startup Wizard? Normally we'd do this sort of thing in a relavent Group Policy, I've tried searching your site for the Group Policy ADMX files, but no search results have come back.
Thanks.

No, unless you distribute a customized MuseScore3.ini with that being switched off. The below is the relevant setting:

Isn't it the same to disable "Show start center" under Preferences?

No, this here prevents the (first time) startup wizzard, the one that on first use asks for your keyboad layout, offers tours and some such
To disable tours and startecenter it is those settings:

Maybe then it would be good to use a portable installation, because so MuseScore3.ini is stored only once in (Windows) directory ...\MuseScorePortable\Data\settings\MuseScore\
and not always under ...\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\MuseScore\
You can also do what it takes on your end to start MsueScore with the "-c" option to specify a configuration folder, which might or might not help depending on exactly what you are trying to do.
