I know what I'm doing is pretty unusual, but I was marking a score with full of partial transpositions, which appears every few or even single bar(s), to analysis/learn this beautiful peace of music that is attached.
(Additionally I have colored the notes to exaggerate those transpositions.)

In the process, some duplicate key signatures showed up which I cannot remove redundancies. See the bars #15 and #24 in the music attached.

When I close and reload the music, some of them have disappeared spontaneously, but at bars #15 and #24 they persist.

Workaround: select the 2nd one (each) and in inspector disable "show courtesy"

This is probably (?) an old score via musescore.com. There was a known issue with this (and time signatures), fixed with 3.3 or 3.4 from memory. But this fix doesn't dispense with an additional handling if the score is loaded with a newer version. So you have to do: menu Format/Style/Page -> untick "create courtesy key signatures" and why not also "create courtesy time signatures. Then Save the score, Close and Restart.
Now you can tick again these options "courtesy key and time signatures" in the same place, ie, Format/Style/Page. Please check : Zanzando_em_Copacabana_3.mscz
