Anybody having trouble installing or uninstalling Muse 3?

I downloaded the latest version of Muse 3.6.2.54802 and it wont install, error code # 2503. So, I tried to uninstall the old version and I get the same error code. I cant upgrade or remove. Anybody have this problem?
