What are these fonts called?

I've come across these text fonts through marching band stands tunes and high school jazz band music that would be very useful for score titles. However, I don't know what they're called and whether they are free to use or not.

Does anyone know the names of any (or all) of the three fonts in the attached images?

If these are proprietary, what are similar looking alternatives that would be ideal for titles?
