Sound disactivating

This morning I've opened up Musescore and every sound had like a delay effect. Now I repoen Musescore and there is literaly no sound.
I can't play any sound. It just doesn't work. Also, when I go in preferences, I/O, I can't click on anything, so I can't configure the audio setup. I've been using Muscore for 6 years and it's the first time it happends.

Ps: My screens are in french, but you can understand what i'm talking about.
