Sorry, for having missled to, this is a duplicate of #318646: Changing key signature with the Change Instruments function and transposing instruments lead to a crash under certain circumstances
Just found this in the very minute you created this issue, when not being able to reproduce in a current build (and to debug), even it it was my issue and my fix, I guess a senior moment...
