Unable to open files
So I put my MuseScore file onto a hard drive to travel with it. The initial transfer from the original computer to a different computer worked fine, but after saving the score on the other computer, when I plugged the flash drive into the original computer, it says "Unable to read file". So I tried to make a copy of it, and then tried to unzip it with winrar, and had no luck. So is there a way to open this file? Or is all the progress I made lost? Any and all responses help. Thanks!

The file seems damaged indeed, and not in a way I've seen before. I suspect a bad sector on the drive. So you had the file on computer A, copied it to a flash drive, transferred it to B, worked on it there, and are now trying to access it on A again? When working on the file with B, did you work directly from there flash drive, or copy it to B's own drive? Or am I misunderstanding?
If I'm on the right track, whichever folder you actually saved it to on B, there should also be a hidden backup folder where you can find the previously saved version - see https://musescore.org/en/node/52116

Yeah you have the right idea of what I tried to do, but unfortunately I believe the file did get damaged, luckily I didn't get much work done on it while working on computer B, so I was able to fix it. Thank you though!
