I don't understand that request, please explain, what do you mean by "special accidentals"?
This (set of) plugin(s) (which is largely obsolete by now, due to the notehead scheme feature in MuseScore 3) does names notes as per their pitches, and does include flats, sharps and also double flats and double sharps.
So acvtually it names notes as per their Tonal Pitch Class enum
