Format > Page settings > Scaling
If you just want to see them bigger on your computer screen for now, use the zoom control on the toolbar. If you mean you want the music to be larger "for real" (including printed - like if you're creating music for the visually impaired or for children), increase the size of the staff (literally the space between lins) in Format / Page Settings. Everything else scales to that.
if you mean everything is unusually small by default, this may mean your OS is not communicating the resolution of your monitor correctly, and you'll need to override it with the command line option "-D xxx", where xxx is the true resolution in DPI.
