Why does published score look different then in app?
For some reason title and everything changes it position after publishing, is there any way to fix that?

It must be the conversion via .com which is better to address the question. see: https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-20657
Score needed. Likely the score stems from a different version than what musescore.com is running
